About the beaches
Le Colombier and Hélios are the two private beaches that are linked to the luxurious Hélios hotel. Both of them share the same stretch of white sandy Côte d’Azur coastline, the gorgeous views of the Lérins islands and the Esterel mountains, and the wonderful sense of relaxation, but each has its own distinct style. For those looking for a family friendly day out, Le Colombier beach offers a laidback, child-friendly atmosphere. Its reasonably priced restaurant serves up an appetising range of local and international dishes that will suit younger palates. For the more sophisticated beachgoer, Hélios beach provides a cool, chic feel, with an excellent gourmet restaurant, where diners will be seduced by the culinary delights on the menu. Both beaches are supervised by a lifeguard, and are open from April to September. There is a lounge bar serving cocktails, which is open from 6.30pm for sunset.

Juan les Pins in noted for its nightlife, particularly during the summer months. The bars, restaurants and cafés are in abundance, and the casino is also a popular haunt when the sun goes down.

The Juan les Pins jazz festival, which takes place every July, is without a doubt the best time to come to this Riviera town, whose jazz history dates back to the early 20^th century. Some of the biggest names of the genre gather here daily throughout the festival to entertain the music-loving crowds.

Beach restaurants
There are two beach restaurants (one each for Le Colombier and the Hélios). The Colombier restaurant has a more relaxed, beachy feel to it, and serves up a delicious range of special gourmet pizzas and homemade burgers, as well as other local and international dishes. It is reasonably priced and suitable for children. The restaurant at Hélios beach is a gastronomic treat, offering extremely good Italian and Provençale specialities. The lunchtime menu focuses on light, fresh plates of seasonal food, while the evening menu features more extravagant delights, such as homemade foie gras and exceptional seafood dishes.
