LA RESERVE DE LA MALA, private beach, Cap d’Ail, French Riviera
About the beach
This private beach, which has been in operation since 1933, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Côte d’Azur. The picturesque bay, which enjoys unforgettable views out towards Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, is awash with colour. Golden cliffs and green pines frame the stunning clear blue waters of the Mediterranean. The beach club, with its wooden decking and white décor has a sense of calm and is an idyllic place to while away the afternoon with a glass of rosé or one of the delicious cocktails on offer. The waiters are attentive and will serve drinks and food to your sun lounger, meaning that you only have to get up to take a dip in the inviting, calm water. The restaurant is excellent, serving up a reasonably priced selection of light dishes, accompanied by a superb wine list. The beach is open from the end of April until the end of September.
